Through the Executive of the Year Award and the Emerging Executive Award, we honor both seasoned leaders whose careers reflect excellence at the highest level, and rising executives who are already making a remarkable impact early in their tenure. These awards celebrate the dedication, innovation, and leadership that keep chambers moving forward.

Executive of the Year Award

The Executive of the Year Award recognizes an outstanding chamber of commerce CEO who exemplifies excellence in leadership, vision, and service to their community. This honor is reserved for leaders who not only advance the mission of their chamber, but also inspire growth, innovation, and collaboration within their organization and the region they serve.

Nominees should demonstrate exceptional achievements in the areas of leadership, community relations, management excellence and personal character. Chamber executives must have a minimum of 3 years experience in the role of CEO or Executive Director to be eligible for this award.

Emerging Executive Award

The Emerging Executive Award honors a chamber of commerce professional who is in the early stages of their CEO or executive leadership role and is already demonstrating exceptional promise, leadership, and impact. This award celebrates rising leaders who bring fresh ideas, energy, and a clear vision for their chamber’s future.

This recipient is someone who is quickly making their mark—strengthening their chamber, serving their members, and laying the foundation for long-term success. Nominees should demonstrate exceptional achievements in the areas of leadership, community relations, management excellence and personal character. Chamber executives must have a maximum of 3 years experience in the role of CEO or Executive Director to be eligible for this award.
