    Date/Time Information:
    This conference is planned in a 2-day format with registration beginning at 9 a.m. on Thursday, October 29, 2015, and conference kickoff at 10:15 a.m. An action-packed day is planned culminating in the Annual Banquet at which time the Executive of the Year will be named. A full day of presentations will take place on Friday, October 30, beginning at 8:30 a.m. and adjourning at 4 p.m.

    The registration fee is $250 for the 2-day conference.
